Restricted Transmitting Mode<\/p>\n

\u2022 The restricted transmitting mode is for restricting the functions of the MyMazda App. Switching to restricted transmitting mode prevents the customer from being notified of the vehicle condition while it is being serviced or the customer making a remote operation (such as engine starting) while the vehicle is being serviced.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Switch to restricted transmitting mode before servicing according to the following table.<\/div>\n
\u2022 When returning the vehicle to the customer, always verify that restricted transmitting mode was canceled.<\/div>\n

1.Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.<\/p>\n

4.Perform the [Withdrawing from Restricted transmitting mode] according to the directions on the screen.<\/p>\n

Recall Notification<\/p>\n

\u2022 After the applicable servicing for a recall is completed, clear the recall notification. Always clear the recall notification because the notification to the customer cannot be stopped only by completing the servicing.<\/div>\n

1.Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.<\/p>\n

2.Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on).<\/p>\n
