\u2022 Problems found during inspection should be noted on a repair order.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Unless otherwise stated, each item should be inspected for fit, appearance and\/or operation.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Inspection items followed by an asterisk (*) are required only if the vehicle is equipped with that feature.<\/div>\n

\u25a1Install\/assemble all loose or packaged parts in the glove box and trunk\/cargo area<\/div>\n

Exterior<\/p>\n

INSPECT and ADJUST, if necessary, the following items to specification:<\/span><\/div>\n

\u2022 Unless the vehicle is scheduled for display or immediate delivery, do not remove the exterior protective film or interior protective covering during inspection<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n
\u25a1Glass, exterior bright metal and paint for damage<\/div>\n
\u25a1Convertible top for damage (with convertible top)<\/div>\n
\u25a1Power retractable hardtop for damage (with power retractable hardtop)<\/div>\n
\u25a1Retractable fastback for damage (with retractable fastback)<\/div>\n
\u25a1Door and liftgate* operation (Open\/Close)<\/div>\n
\u25a1All weather strips for damage or detachment<\/div>\n
\u25a1Security\/keyless entry devices (Doors locking\/unlocking by transmitter)*<\/div>\n
\u25a1Advanced keyless entry (Doors locking\/unlocking by request switches)*<\/div>\n
\u25a1Operation of hood release and lock, trunk release*, and fuel-filler lid opener<\/div>\n
\u25a1Pour one bottle of deposit cleaner into the fuel tank (Specified countries only)<\/div>\n

\u2022 Refuel the vehicle after adding the deposit cleaner or inform the customer to do so immediately<\/div>\n

\u2022 Room 25A fuse (Relay and fuse block F27)<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n
\u25a1Fuel, engine coolant, and hydraulic lines, fittings, connections, and components for leaks<\/div>\n
\u25a1Engine oil level<\/div>\n
\u25a1Brake\/clutch fluid level<\/div>\n
\u25a1Windshield washer reservoir fluid level<\/div>\n
\u25a1Radiator\/Water-cooled charge air cooler* coolant level (for SKYACTIV-D 1.5)<\/div>\n
\u25a1Radiator coolant level (except for SKYACTIV-D 1.5)<\/div>\n
\u25a1Tightness of battery terminals, electrolyte level and voltage (12.4 V)<\/div>\n
\u25a1Check the electrolyte specific gravity in case models with i-stop system or i-ELOOP*<\/div>\n
Record the voltage and electrolyte specific gravity in the table below.<\/div>\n
<Judgment Criteria><\/div>\n

\u2015 If the cell with the lowest specific gravity is less than 1.17, replace the battery<\/div>\n
\u2015 If the cell with the lowest specific gravity is 1.17 or more, recharge the battery, after charging if the cell with the lowest specific gravity is less than 1.25, replace the battery.<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

\u25a1Parking brake<\/div>\n
\u25a1Verify that warning lights (check engine, brake, engine oil, charging system, ABS, TPMS) stay on for a few seconds after engine start<\/div>\n
\u25a1Verify that the content in the In-vehicle Digital Owner\u2019s Manual is displayed.<\/div>\n
If it is not displayed, install the In-vehicle Digital Owner\u2019s Manual.<\/div>\n
\u25a1Perform engine oil data reset<\/div>\n



\n<\/a><\/p>\n

Leave Engine Idling In Park Until Reaching Operating Temperature<\/p>\n

\u25a1Horn, front\/rear wipers, and washers. Wiper blades performance (Clean wiper blades and windshield, if necessary).<\/div>\n
\u25a1Headlight cleaner (Washer fluid injection)*<\/div>\n
\u25a1Interior and exterior lights, dash switches, headlight leveling switch. (Set position to 0)*<\/div>\n
\u25a1Audio system (Power\/Volume\/sound controls, Radio, CD player, including steering wheel audio controls)<\/div>\n
\u25a1Heater and A\/C (driver, passenger) and front defroster in all mode settings<\/div>\n
