\u2022 Disconnect the ground plate when servicing the following M Hybrid related parts. Otherwise, they could be damaged.<\/div>\n
\n
\n
\u2015 Integrated starter generator (ISG)<\/div>\n
\u2015 M Hybrid battery<\/div>\n
\u2015 DC-DC converter (M Hybrid)<\/div>\n
\u2015 Seat warmer control unit (with M Hybrid, seat warmer system, and without position memory system)<\/div>\n
\u2015 Position memory control module (with M Hybrid and position memory system)<\/div>\n
\u2015 Front seat (driver’s side) (with M Hybrid and seat warmer system)<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION [(US)]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

2.Disconnect the ground plate. (For servicing M Hybrid related parts)<\/p>\n

\n

3.Disconnect the applicable connector.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Damage, deformation, corrosion, or disconnection of terminal<\/div>\n
