\u2022 If the nozzle angle is adjusted with excessive force by inserting a needle or similar thin tool into the rear washer nozzle, it could damage the nozzle internally. When adjusting the rear washer nozzle, be careful not to apply excessive force.<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION [(US)]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

2.Remove the liftgate upper trim. (See LIFTGATE UPPER TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

\n

3.Remove the rear spoiler. (See REAR SPOILER REMOVAL<\/a>.) (See REAR SPOILER INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

\n

4.Insert a needle or similar thin tool into the rear washer nozzle and adjust the area where washer fluid is sprayed as shown in the figure.<\/p>\n
