1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION [(US)]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

2.Remove the following parts:<\/p>\n

(2)Selector lever knob (ATX) (See SELECTOR LEVER COMPONENT REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/dd>\n

(3)Shift panel (See SHIFT PANEL REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/dd>\n
<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n
\n
(4)Front console box (See FRONT CONSOLE BOX REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/dd>\n
<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

(5)Cup holder (See CUP HOLDER REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/dd>\n

3.Move the console panel in the order of arrows (1), (2), (3), and (4) shown in the figure, and detach the clips.<\/p>\n

4.Move the console-up in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and remove it while detaching the hooks and guides.<\/p>\n

5.Disconnect the connectors.<\/p>\n

9.Move the rear console in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, detach the clips and guides from the center lower panel, and remove the rear console.<\/p>\n

11.Install in the reverse order of removal.<\/p>\n
