Clutch fluid contains properties which can dissolve the paint. If clutch fluid gets on a painted surface, rinse with water immediately, then wipe the area dry.<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<p class=\"list\">1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See <a href=\"SM2565714\">INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G (WITH CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (US))]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"list\">\n<dl>\n<dd>\n<div class=\"list\">\u2022 Air cleaner cover<\/div>\n<div class=\"list\">\u2022 Air cleaner element<\/div>\n<div class=\"list\">\u2022 Fresh-air duct<\/div>\n<div class=\"list\">\u2022 Air cleaner case<\/div>\n<div class=\"list\">\u2022 Air hose<\/div>\n<div class=\"list\">\u2022 Resonance chamber<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<p class=\"list\">3.Remove the battery. (See <a href=\"SM2335438\">STARTER INTERLOCK SWITCH REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [C66M-R (US)]<\/a>.)<\/dd>\n<dd><\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"list\">\n<dd>(4)Remove the joint cover. (See <a href=\"SM2335534\">STEERING WHEEL AND COLUMN REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [(US)]<\/a>.)<\/dd>\n<dd><\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"list\">\n<dd>(5)Disconnect the clutch pipe No.1 from clutch master cylinder, and plug it to avoid clutch fluid leakage. (See <a href=\"SM2335429\">CLUTCH PIPE AND HOSE REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [C66M-R (US)]<\/a>.)<\/dd>\n<dd><\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"list\">\n<dd>(6)Disconnect the clutch reserve hose from clutch master cylinder, and plug it to avoid clutch fluid leakage. (See <a href=\"SM2335534\">STEERING WHEEL AND COLUMN REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [(US)]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"list\">\n<p class=\"list\">8.Bleed the air from the clutch system.
