Due to the following dangers occurring with a fuel spray, always complete the \u201cFuel Line Safety Procedure\u201d to prevent the fuel from spraying. (See <a href=\"SM2565730\">BEFORE SERVICE PRECAUTION [SKYACTIV-G (WITHOUT CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (US))]<\/a>.)<\/div>\n<dl>\n<dd class=\"list\">\n<div class=\"list\">\u2022 Fuel may cause irritation if it comes in contact with skin and eyes.<\/div>\n<div class=\"list\">\u2022 If fuel ignites and causes a fire, it may lead to serious injury or death, and damage to property and facilities.<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<div class=\"list\">\u2015 Fuel is highly flammable and dangerous. Fuel line spills and leakage can cause serious injury or death, and damage to equipment. Always refer to the \u201cQuick Release Connector Removal\/Installation (fuel system)\u201d before performing the fuel hose installation, and execute the \u201cFuel Leakage Inspection\u201d after installation.
