Purpose<\/p>\n

\u2022 The seat warmer system warms the front seat cushion and front seat back using the seat warmer unit.<\/div>\n

Function<\/p>\n

\u2022 The seat warmer unit warms the seat cushion and seat back by supplying power to the built-in filaments.<\/div>\n
\u2022 The seat warmer unit can adjust the temperature between 3 levels.<\/div>\n
\u2022 The temperature level of the seat warmer unit changes each time the seat warmer switch is pressed. (manual mode)<\/p>\n

\u2022 The seat warmer control unit supplies power to the seat warmer unit and increases the temperature around the seat back and seat cushion up to the average temperature which is applied to the temperature level.<\/div>\n
\u2022 The seat warmer control unit controls the seat temperature so that it maintains a constant temperature while monitoring the thermometer temperature on the seat cushion side.<\/div>\n
\u2022 The seat warmer control unit maintains a constant average temperature around the seat warmer unit by continuing to supply power to the seat warmer unit.<\/div>\n

\u2022 If the front passenger\u2019s seat belt is unfastened, the seat warmer on the front passenger’s side is turned off.<\/div>\n
\u2022 If the seat warmer switch is pressed while in auto mode, only the operated seat changes to manual mode. If auto mode is used again, press the auto switch.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

Manual mode<\/p>\n

1.When the seat warmer switch (driver’s side) is operated (1), the climate control unit sends (2) a seat water switch operation signal to the dash-electrical supply unit.<\/p>\n

2.The dash-electrical supply unit receives the seat warmer switch operation signal and sends (3) a temperature level signal according to the seat warmer switch operation to the seat warmer control unit.<\/p>\n

\n

3.When the seat warmer control unit receives a temperature level signal, it supplies (4) power to the driver\u2019s seat warmer unit and the seat warmer unit warms.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If the seat warmer control unit detects that the temperature around the seat warmer unit exceeds the set value by the current output to the thermistor, the power supply is cut.<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n\n\n\n
