Installation Procedure<\/p>\n

1.When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.<\/p>\n

\n

2.Before installing the new part, drill holes for plug welding in the 4 locations in area B.<\/p>\n

\n

3.After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.<\/p>\n

\n

4.Continuous arc welds the 7 locations in area A shown in the figure.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Secure the flange area using a hand vise so as not to open a gap in the welded area, and perform the welding work with the weld area clamped.<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

5.Plug welds in the 4 locations in area B shown in the figure from the front side frame (inner).<\/p>\n

6.Arc spot welds in the 5 locations in area C shown in the figure.<\/p>\n

7.Plug welds in the 2 locations in area D shown in the figure and install the bumper bracket.<\/p>\n
