Installation Procedure<\/p>\n

1.When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.<\/p>\n

\n

2.Before installing the new part, drill holes for plug welding in the 3 locations in area A and the 5 locations in area C shown in the figure.<\/p>\n

\n

3.After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.<\/p>\n

\n

4.Plug welds in the 3 locations in area A shown in the figure from the engine compartment.<\/p>\n

\n

5.Plug welds in the 10 locations in area B shown in the figure from the engine compartment.<\/p>\n

\n

6.Plug welds in the 5 locations in area C shown in the figure from the front wheel housing.<\/p>\n

\n

7.Plug welds in the 6 locations in area D shown in the figure from the front wheel housing and install the front side frame.<\/p>\n
