1.Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.<\/p>\n

2.Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on).<\/p>\n

\n

3.Perform the vehicle identification.<\/p>\n

\n

4.Select the following items from the initialization screen of the M-MDS.<\/p>\n

5.Select the applicable mode according to the OBD test modes table. (See OBD Test Modes Table<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

6.If the [Mode 1 Powertrain Data] is selected, select [***SUP] (with\/without support for each system monitor) and [***RDY] (each system monitor completed) on the PID\/data monitor item selection screen.<\/p>\n

7.Verify the results of each test according to directions on the screen.<\/p>\n
