1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION [(US)]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

2.Remove the rear door latch and lock actuator. (See REAR DOOR LATCH AND LOCK ACTUATOR REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

\n

3.Apply battery positive voltage and connect the ground to the rear door lock and actuator terminals as indicated in the table below and verify the operation condition.<\/p>\n
