2.Start the engine.<\/p>\n

3.Prepare the vehicle as follows.<\/p>\n

\u2015 Vehicle is not exposed to solar radiation<\/div>\n
\u2015 Engine speed: 1,500 rpm<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2015 A\/C switch: ON<\/div>\n
\u2015 Air intake port: REC<\/div>\n
\u2015 Airflow mode: VENT<\/div>\n
\u2015 Airflow temperature: MAX COLD<\/div>\n
\u2015 Airflow volume: MAX HI<\/div>\n
\u2015 Hood: Open<\/div>\n
\u2015 All the doors and the trunk\/liftgate: Close<\/div>\n
\u2015 All the windows: Close<\/div>\n
\u2015 Active air shutter (with active air shutter): Open<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

4.Wait for 8 min<\/span> after the engine is started.<\/p>\n

5.Record the pressure indicated on the manifold gauge and ambient temperature for 2 min<\/span>.<\/p>\n

6.Verify that there are high\/low pressure value readings within the shaded areas of the figure.<\/p>\n
