1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION [(US)]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

2.Lift up the vehicle.<\/p>\n

\n

3.Remove the front under cover No.2. (See FRONT UNDER COVER No.2 REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

\n

4.Drain the engine oil. (See ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT [SKYACTIV-G (WITHOUT CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (US))]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

5.Disconnect the engine oil level sensor connector.<\/p>\n

6.Remove the clip A and clip B from the bracket.<\/p>\n

7.Disconnect the short cord connector.<\/p>\n

\n

8.Remove the short cord.<\/p>\n

\n

9.Remove the nuts.<\/p>\n

10.Remove the engine oil level sensor.<\/p>\n

11.Install in the reverse order of removal.<\/p>\n

\n

12.Refill with the specified type and amount of the engine oil. (See ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT [SKYACTIV-G (WITHOUT CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (US))]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

13.Start the engine and confirm that there is no oil leakage.<\/p>\n
