PID\/DATA Monitor Inspection<\/p>\n

1. Verify that there is no engine oil leakage.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If there is any malfunction, repair or replace the malfunctioning part according to the inspection results.<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

2.Inspect the engine oil level. (See ENGINE OIL LEVEL INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-G (WITHOUT CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (US))]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

3.Switch the ignition ON (engine off).<\/p>\n

\n

4.Access the PID\/DATA monitor item ENG_OIL_LVL using the M-MDS. (See PID\/DATA MONITOR INSPECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

\n

5.Verify that the PID ENG_OIL_LVL value and the engine oil amount measured using the dipstick are same.<\/p>\n
