1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION [(US)]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

2.Remove the main silencer. (See EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G (WITH CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (US))]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

3.Remove the insulator (rear). (See EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G (WITH CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (US))]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

4.Disconnect the connector and wiring harness clip shown in the figure.<\/p>\n

7.Remove the pressure control valve installation bolt.<\/p>\n

9.Disconnect the quick release connector shown in the figure while lowering the charcoal canister (main) component. (See QUICK RELEASE CONNECTOR (EMISSION SYSTEM) REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G (WITHOUT CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (US))]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n
