Pulley Inspection<\/p>\n

1.Remove the generator drive belt. (See DRIVE BELT REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G (WITHOUT CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (US))]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

2.Rotate the drive belt auto tensioner pulley by hand and verify that it rotates smoothly.<\/p>\n

3.Inspect the contact surface of the drive belt auto tensioner pulley belt and verify that the height difference is less than the maximum specification.<\/p>\n
