• A fuel injector cannot be inspected as a single unit.

• If a DTC is recorded, but there is no malfunction with a terminal or wiring harness, replace the fuel injector.

1.Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.

2.Perform the KOER self test. (See DTC INSPECTION.)

• If DTC P0201:00, P0202:00, P0203:00, or P0204:00 is recorded, repair the malfunctioning location according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting.(See DTC TABLE [PCM (SKYACTIV-G (US))].)

― If a malfunction cannot be verified with a terminal or wiring harness by following the applicable DTC troubleshooting, repair or replace the fuel injector.(See FUEL INJECTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G (WITHOUT CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (US))].)

• If no DTC is detected, the fuel injector is normal.
