1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(US)].)
2.Remove the charcoal canister (sub) component. (See CHARCOAL CANISTER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G (WITHOUT CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (US))].)
3.Remove in the order indicated in the table.
4.Install in the reverse order of removal.

Caution

• Seal will be tight. Be careful not to damage the CV solenoid valve when removing the CV soleonoid valve.
1.Turn the CV solenoid valve counter-clockwise.

2.Pull the CV solenoid valve straight out to remove.

1.Insert the CV solenoid valve as shown in the figure.

2.Press in the CV solenoid valve to be seated.
