Removal Procedure

1.Drill the spot weld in the 1 location in area A shown in the figure.

2.Using the belt sander, grind the arc welds in the 4 locations in area B shown in the figure from the interior.

3.Drill the spot welds in the 6 locations in area C shown in the figure from the interior.

4.Drill the spot welds in the 33 locations in area D shown in the figure from the interior.

Note

• When drilling the spot welds in the 33 locations in area D shown in the figure, do not drill through-holes in consideration of the workability when installing.
