Installation Procedure

Caution
• The continuous arc welding locations show the largest work range when installing.

1.After temporarily installing the new and existing parts, measure the dimensions of each part following the body dimensions and align with the basic dimension.

2.After temporarily installing the new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.


LH

1.Rough cut the location in area A shown in the figure.

• Install the part removed from the new part to the existing part.

2.Cut and join the location in area B shown in the figure and install the front side frame (inner).

3.Rough cut the location in area C shown in the figure.

Note
• Install the part removed from the new part to the existing part.

4.Cut and join the location in area D shown in the figure.

5.Arc spot weld in the 1 location in area E shown in the figure.

6.Plug welds in the 8 locations in area F shown in the figure and install the front side frame (outer).

7.Install the light bracket. (See LIGHT BRACKET INSTALLATION [PANEL REPLACEMENT])

8.Install the bumper bracket. (See BUMPER BRACKET INSTALLATION [PANEL REPLACEMENT])
