If the CPP switch is removed from the clutch pedal, replace the CPP switch with a new one.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>          <a name=\"id0140f480160001\" id=\"id0140f480160001\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Continuity Inspection<\/h4>\n<p>            1. Verify that the CPP switch is installed properly. (See <a href=\"SM353146\">CLUTCH PEDAL POSITION SWITCH REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See <a href=\"SM352783\">NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            3. Disconnect the CPP switch connector.<\/p>\n<p>            4. Verify that the continuity between CPP switch terminals A and B when the clutch pedal is depressed and when it is released is according to the following table:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003766.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003766.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If not as verified, replace the CPP switch.
