are designed for efficient movement around the vehicle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Problems found during inspection should be noted on a repair order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Unless otherwise stated, each item should be inspected for fit, appearance and\/or operation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Inspection items followed by an asterisk (*) are required only if the vehicle is equipped with that <b>INSPECT and ADJUST, if necessary, the following items to specification:<\/b><br \/>\n          \u25a1REMOVE all protective wrap, covers, and window stickers<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>Unless the vehicle is scheduled for display or immediate delivery, do not remove the exterior protective film or interior protective covering during inspection<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n          \u25a1Glass, exterior bright metal and paint for damage<br \/>\n          \u25a1Convertible top for damage<br \/>\n          \u25a1Power retractable hardtop for damage<br \/>\n          \u25a1Door and liftgate* operation (Open\/Close)<br \/>\n          \u25a1All weather strips for damage or detachment<br \/>\n          \u25a1Operation of hood release and lock, trunk release*, and fuel-filler lid opener<br \/>\n          \u25a1Security\/keyless entry devices (Doors locking\/unlocking by transmitter)*<br \/>\n          \u25a1Advanced keyless entry (Doors locking\/unlocking by request switches)* <a name=\"id00000080110005\" id=\"id00000080110005\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>Under hood-engine off<\/h5>\n<p>\n          <b>INSPECT and ADJUST, if necessary, the following items:<\/b><br \/>\n          \u25a1INSTALL Fuses for accessories<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>ROOM fuse<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>AUDIO fuse<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n          \u25a1Fuel, engine coolant, and hydraulic lines, fittings, connections, and components for leaks<br \/>\n          \u25a1Engine oil level<br \/>\n          \u25a1Brake\/clutch fluid level<br \/>\n          \u25a1Windshield washer reservoir fluid level<br \/>\n          \u25a1Radiator coolant level<br \/>\n          \u25a1Tightness of battery terminals, electrolyte level and voltage (12.4 V)<br \/>\n          Record the voltage and electrolyte specific gravity in the table below.<br \/>\n          &lt;Judgment Criteria&gt;<\/p>\n<ul type=\"square\">\n<li>\n<p>If the cell with the lowest specific gravity is less than 1.17, replace the battery<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>If the cell with the lowest specific gravity is 1.17 or more, recharge the battery, after charging if the cell with the lowest specific gravity is less than 1.25, replace the battery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n          Please refer to the Service-Information (E039\/12A) to get the detail battery inspection Temperature<\/h4>\n<p>\u25a1Horn, front\/rear wipers, and washers. Wiper blades performance (Clean wiper blades and windshield, if necessary).<\/p>\n<p>\u25a1Headlight cleaner (Washer fluid injection)*<\/p>\n<p>\u25a1Interior and exterior lights, dash switches, headlight leveling switch. (Set position to 0)*<\/p>\n<p>\u25a1Audio system (Power\/Volume\/sound controls, Radio, CD player, including steering wheel audio controls)<\/p>\n<p>\u25a1Heater and A\/C (driver, passenger) and front defroster in all mode settings<\/p>\n<p>\u25a1Turn on navigation system. (Present location indication)*<\/p>\n<p>\u25a1Adjust clock, dash panel and navigation system*<\/p>\n<p>\u25a1Power window initialization (if battery was discharged during inventory storage).<\/p>\n<p>\u25a1Door locks<\/p>\n<p>INSPECT the following items:<\/p>\n<p>\u25a1Upholstery and interior finish<\/p>\n<p>\u25a1Check operation of any dealer installed accessories<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"id00000080110008\" id=\"id00000080110008\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Turn Engine Off And raise Vehicle On Lift<\/h4>\n<p><a name=\"id00000080110009\" id=\"id00000080110009\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>ON hoist<\/h5>\n<p>\n          INSPECT the following items:<br \/>\n          \u25a1REMOVE under cover<br \/>\n          \u25a1Tires for cuts or bruises<br \/>\n          \u25a1Underside fuel, coolant and hydraulic lines, fittings, connections, and components for leaks<br \/>\n          \u25a1Steering linkage, suspension, exhaust system, and all underside hardware for looseness or damage<br \/>\n          \u25a1INSTALL under cover <a name=\"id00000080110010\" id=\"id00000080110010\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Lower Vehicle And Remove From Lift<\/h4>\n<p>\u25a1Tire pressures (See tire label located on driver\u2019s side B-pillar or edge driver\u2019s of door frame for specification.)<\/p>\n<p>\u25a1Initialize the TPMS*.
