FRONT WHEEL HUB BOLT REPLACEMENT

1. Remove the front brake hose bracket from the front upper arm. (See BRAKE HOSE (FRONT) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [WITH SINGLE PISTON CALIPER].) (See BRAKE HOSE (FRONT) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [WITH 4-POT OPPOSED PISTON CALIPER].)

2. Remove the front brake caliper component and suspend it in a place out of the way using a cable. (See FRONT BRAKE (DISC) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [WITH SINGLE PISTON CALIPER].) (See FRONT BRAKE (DISC) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [WITH 4-POT OPPOSED PISTON CALIPER].)

3. Remove the front disc plate. (See FRONT BRAKE (DISC) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [WITH SINGLE PISTON CALIPER].) (See FRONT BRAKE (DISC) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [WITH 4-POT OPPOSED PISTON CALIPER].)

4. Remove the front wheel hub bolt using the SST as shown in the figure.

5. Place a new front wheel hub bolt in the wheel hub.

6. Install the front wheel hub bolt by placing an appropriate-sized washer on the wheel hub and tightening the wheel nut as shown in the figure.
