AIR MIX ACTUATOR [MANUAL AIR CONDITIONER]
Purpose
-
The air mix actuator moves the air mix damper in the A/C unit to adjust the temperature of the air blown from the air vent.
Functions
Damper up/down movement function
-
The damper up/down movement function moves the air mix damper up/down (HOT or COLD direction) by driving the air mix actuator motor.
Damper position detection function
-
The damper position detection function fluctuates the potentiometer voltage which is linked to the air mix actuator motor drive.
Construction
-
A potentiometer-type air mix actuator has been adopted.

The air mix actuator is located on the A/C unit.

The operation range of the air mix actuator is as shown in the figure.
